Welcome to The Bikkie Jar - all my shortbread is handmade by myself to order, an ex-chef with a passion for fabulous flavours, I do all my baking from my registered kitchen here in North Canterbury.
I craft an assorted range of awesome gourmet flavoured shortbread always using proper New Zealand butter (unless vegan of course), available by the whole batch of the same flavour (24 shortbread) and in limited quantities each week I have super yummy mixed boxes with 6 different flavours (24 shortbread total).
In addition to the gourmet shortbread I also craft vegan, no added gluten, Keto and dairy/no added gluten shortbread to cater for a wider range of dietary needs.
All packaged up in cool gift boxes to send to friends and family nationwide - the perfect gift for someone who has everything!

So delicious. Being gluten free home made treats are hard to find and the texture is usually a bit weird but these morsels of deliciousness have plenty of flavour, good texture and are sooooo good. Beautifully packaged they are the ultimate gift The Bikkie Jar are great to deal with, good communication and super fast to get your order out to you (and a great corporate gift too!). Plenty of flavours you'll have trouble choosing your favourite!

Absolutely delicious shortbread bikkies. So many flavours, gorgeous packaging and hand delivered locally. Highly recommended. Once you've had some you'll definitely want more. Mine were gluten free as well.
